Update Report Train Derailment Boulder CO Powder River Division Front Range Subdivision

On Thursday, August 22, 2024 at approximately 11:13 p.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Boulder, CO which has affected the main track.  Boulder, CO is approximately 28 miles northwest of Denver, CO.  BNSF personnel are responding to assess the affected area.  The estimated time for opening the main track is Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 9:00 p.m. CDT.
